Do you like postage stamps? Do you like postal surprises? Do you have a bunch of duplicates in your collection and you want to swap them out? Do you like trusting strangers on the internet? Then this is for you!!
What happens?
First of all, the useful info: I am in the United Kingdom, so that's where you'll be posting to, and where you'll be paying for return postage from.
- Fill in and submit this form.
- I'll contact you with your instructions and my postal address.
- You fill in the paper form and post it and your stamps to me by 31st January 2026.
- Sometime in February 2026 I will send your swap back to you.
The rules
- It's open to anyone in any country.
- You have to send me the packaging for your return swap.
- You won't get your swap until you pay for return postage. (I will calculate it and invoice you.)
- People in the UK can pay by enclosing stamps to the value of return postage. Please note that if your return parcel has stamps on it, postage will cost more than the same postage bought online. Click here to see over-the-counter prices, which is the price list for paying for postage with stamps.
- People outside the UK must pay by bank transfer or PayPal.
- Any stamps in bad condition will be excluded from the swap and sent back to you.
- You can send up to 100 stamps. (If this goes really well and lots of people participate, I will increase this limit for next time.)
- I take two stamps in "payment". So if you send 100 stamps, you get 98 back.
- Up to 10% of the stamps you send in can be definitives. (So, 90%+ must be commemoratives.)
- You can send in mint or used stamps, on or off the paper. (If on the paper, please ensure there's a 5mm margin of paper around the stamp.)
- You can send in duplicates.
- I will do my best to avoid sending you duplicates, but it might be unavoidable.
- I won't send you back any of the stamps you send in.
- You can specify a preference for mint/used, and particular countries or themes, and I will do my best to meet your preferences - but it depends on what others are sending in.
I think that's everything! If you have any questions, you can contact me using this form.
Thanks!
