Items lost in the post
If your item goes missing in the post, please let me know so that I can claim a refund.
UK
Royal Mail require us to wait for two weeks after an item was posted before claiming reimbursement for missing items. Claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, so if you tell me something went missing 3 months after I posted it I won't be able to refund you.

Europe
Royal Mail require us to wait for 20 working days after an item was posted before claiming reimbursement for missing items. Claims for loss must be made within 6 months of the date of posting, so if you tell me something went missing 7 months after I posted it I won't be able to refund you.

Outside Europe
Royal Mail require us to wait for 25 working days after an item was posted before claiming reimbursement for missing items. Claims for loss must be made within 6 months of the date of posting, so if you tell me something went missing 7 months after I posted it I won't be able to refund you.
